Moiz Bhamani, MBA
Moiz Bhamani is a distinguished serial entrepreneur with deep expertise across real estate development, hospitality, and finance. He is the Founder and Principal of Eletell Development Company, where he leads a diversified portfolio of large-scale commercial and luxury real estate ventures across North America.
Under his leadership, Eletell has grown into one of Western Canada’s premier development and management platforms, with offices in Calgary, Vancouver, and Houston. The firm has developed and managed more than five million square feet of Class A office properties, retail centers, business parks, flagship hotels, and ultra-luxury condominium developments.
Collectively, these ventures represent more than $1 billion in completed developments, with an additional $1 billion currently in the active pipeline. This scale and momentum position Eletell Development Company as an emerging leader in North America’s luxury and mixed-use real estate landscape.
Moiz holds a degree in Finance, an MBA, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School. He serves on the Harvard University Real Estate Alumni Board and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and Tiger 21, where he continues to contribute strategic insight, disciplined leadership, and long-term vision to the global real estate community.
